Step Two: Executing the Plan

At the conclusion of the planning meeting, I will summarize and memorialize any action items to be completed for the negotiation session. A timeframe will be established and the negotiation session will be scheduled. Normally, the negotiation session will be scheduled approximately 30 days after the planning meeting. I will check frequently with counsel before the negotiation session to make sure the action items have been, or will be, completed before the negotiation session.
