Cancellation Policy
Most litigators appreciate the problem facing mediators when mediations are cancelled on short notice. It is often difficult or impossible for the mediator to replace the scheduled mediation with another mediation.
If the parties cancel a mediation within 14 business days of the scheduled event, a cancellation fee of 50% ($1,750) is charged. However, if I am able to schedule another mediation for the same time slot, the cancellation charge is waived.
